Auto Ship Program

Auto Ship

We’ve had many customers ask if we have an auto ship program and the answer is YES!

What is Auto Ship?

Auto ship with us is a little different than getting a product once a month. Although we do have some customers that use our seasonings quite often that they would need to be shipped to once a month, most have been shipped to between 60-90 days from the last order. We cater our current program to our customers needs, allowing YOU to make your own ship to dates.

We’ve also included ALL blends in this offer, also including a 20% discount, an empty shaker and FREE SHIPPING!Auto Ship

How does it work?

In our current program you pick the blend that you want and at checkout you’ll include the dates when you would like to have the 7 oz pouches delivered. You’ll receive 3 pouches over the course of 1 year from the first delivery. The first delivery date has to be made within 30 days of purchase. We then schedule your orders/shipments and send out your seasoning when YOU asked.

Where to purchase?

Check out and purchase the deal on our SQUARE MARKETPLACE!

Unsure?

If your unsure of what our seasonings taste like, we encourage you try our product called “The Sampler.”  Available here!

BBQ delight – the perfect gift!

Thinking back…

When a great sale comes up we tend to talk a lot about the past and where we were, and where we are now. In April of this year, we launched this delicious product which has transformed how many grill/smoke/BBQ. With Black Friday and the holiday’s fast approaching, we wanted to have some aggressive pricing for this sale as it we did in April when we launched ATC.

Some of the things that you have to look at when we were developing this product were the following:

(Remember these when you are shopping in the spice aisle…)

  • Do they use fresh ingredients? I doubted that….so we decided there was no other way. All fresh!
  • Do you know what those chunky things are in those mixes on the shelf that you are getting for short money? I had no clue…so I developed ATC!
  • Do you know when the bottle on the shelf was made? It is fresh? We didn’t think so….so we make your seasoning FRESH when you order it and get it out the very next day!
  • Do you enjoy your food KNOWING what you put on it/in it/around it is 100% fresh, when it was made and that it’s made with the passion of doing it all by hand.

ATC is 100% handcrafted and we would have it no other way. Our process is what gives you a seasoning that you can look at and enjoy the taste either from the jar or on your fare!

Get this deal this week and pick up one for the person that is tough to buy for this Holiday Season! Pick up $45 worth and receive free shipping!!

Instagram and the impact of social media

SMPWhere do you get your fix of Social Media?

You’re probably asking why a blog for a BBQ seasoning company would be asking YOU where you get your social media from…

Here’s why. We ask ourselves, how we can do better?  How can we get the word out about how great our product is? What is the best avenue to take when it comes to social media?

We have been involved in social media for a long time. (Twitter from the start, Facebook from the start, Google + right after they launched, Instagram (personally), and a few other well know sites.) But one of the things we’ve seen as we create new blends, cook, and photograph our fare for you all to see is the need for more pictures and video!

Let’s start with pictures. People love pictures and that’s where our next step will be. We have opened up a new Instagram account just for Above the Coals BBQ. Here is the link in case you would like to follow us, like, and comment on our pictures. ( www.instagram.com/abovethecoalsbbq ) We feel that the exposure (no pun intended) that pictures bring to current customers, potential customers, and their friends is invaluable. We are looking forward to showing you some of the things that we have done in the past, and going forward.

Instagram Mason

Do you engage in social media?

The answer isn’t that you are on Facebook and Twitter. but do you actually start or get involved in the conversations that interest you? What would give you the warm and fuzzy feeling to “Like and Share” something from Above the Coals? We love to be engaged with others when it comes to our brand and general conversations. I honestly think from the feedback that I get is that most people are getting an “overload” from social media because it’s the way most everything gets sold. The days of the brick and mortar are fading away to the Internet. Personally, I love both avenues to sell and promote our product. I hope you get a chance to answer some of these questions on our Facebook Page. I will be posting a link to this blog there and on Google +.

Pictures or video?

Are you more apt to engage when a picture is posted or a video? I have always leaned towards photography seeing where I love the art of taking a great picture (or so I try!), but still like the message that video can deliver. I’m looking forward to doing some more videos and opening up a new channel for them as well. Look for some additional videos on the “Video” tab here on the website in the coming days/months. Updates when they come out will be on all our social media spaces.

Instagram? YES!

We love that we can promote on Instagram and I hope you can get involved with us over there! Take a look today for some great info on a sale that is happening now so that you can take advantage some savings!
