We’ve been asked at all the demos that we do….What is the recipe/ratio for the dip and what are some of the other items that you do?….For instance…that delicious pasta and meat dish? Well, here they are! Our customers who have purchased from us in the past love these samples (and that’s how they became customers!), so try them out at your next party or cookout and enjoy!

During our demo we had numerous people ask for the recipes for the 2 dips that we offered today for the first time (and they were a hit and gone!) and also the goulash that we made for the tasting.

Here are the recipes:

Dip:

Ingredients:

Sour Cream

Above the Coals Seasoning (any blend)

Apply 1 tablespoon of your favorite seasoning to every 4 ounces of sour cream. Mix well and enjoy!

Goulash

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Meat (Pork or Beef)

4 oz. uncooked pasta (any kind)

(1) 14.5- 15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes (No salt added)

(1) 8 oz,can of sauce (No salt added) (We used Hunt’s)
